About the Role
We're hiring a UGC Creative Coordinator to manage the sourcing, briefing, and delivery of user-generated content for our clients' paid social campaigns. You'll be the bridge between our creative strategy team and a network of UGC creators — ensuring every piece of content is on-brief, on-brand, and built to perform.
Responsibilities
Source and vet UGC creators across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube
Write detailed creative briefs for creators based on strategic angles
Manage creator relationships, timelines, and content revisions
Review and approve deliverables before passing to the editing team
Track UGC performance and feed insights back into the creative strategy process
Requirements
1+ years of experience in influencer marketing, content production, or a similar role
Strong understanding of what makes UGC content perform in paid social
Excellent written communication and briefing skills
Highly organized with experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
Familiarity with TikTok and Instagram trends and content formats
