About the Role
We're hiring a TikTok Ads Specialist to build and scale paid campaigns on one of the fastest-growing ad platforms in the world. You'll be responsible for developing TikTok-native strategies that drive real business results — not just views.
Responsibilities
Plan, build, and optimize TikTok ad campaigns across Spark Ads, In-Feed, and TopView formats
Collaborate with the creative team on native-style video briefs and hooks
Monitor performance daily and make data-driven optimizations
Stay ahead of TikTok algorithm changes, trends, and best practices
Report on campaign performance and provide strategic recommendations weekly
Requirements
2+ years managing TikTok Ads campaigns with a strong performance track record
Deep understanding of TikTok's algorithm, ad formats, and creative best practices
Experience with TikTok Pixel setup and event tracking
Strong creative instincts paired with a data-driven approach
Passion for short-form video content and platform culture
