About the Role
We're looking for a Senior Video Editor to produce high-performing ad creatives for our clients' paid social campaigns. You'll work closely with our Creative Strategist to bring concepts to life across Meta, TikTok, and YouTube — editing content that stops the scroll and drives conversions.
Responsibilities
Edit video ads across multiple formats including Reels, TikTok, and YouTube pre-roll
Take creative briefs from concept through to final delivery
Collaborate with the creative strategy team to iterate on winning concepts
Maintain a fast turnaround while ensuring consistently high output quality
Stay current with platform trends, editing styles, and viral content formats
Requirements
3+ years of video editing experience, ideally in a paid social or content agency
Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects
Strong understanding of what makes a high-converting ad creative
Experience editing UGC and direct-response style video content
Portfolio demonstrating a range of ad formats and styles
