About the Role
We're looking for a Performance Reporting Analyst to own the data layer of our client accounts. You'll build the dashboards, maintain the reporting infrastructure, and surface the insights that drive our strategic decisions — making sure every client always has a clear, accurate picture of their performance.
Responsibilities
Build and maintain custom client reporting dashboards across platforms
Compile weekly and monthly performance reports with clear commentary
Monitor data accuracy and flag discrepancies across ad accounts and analytics tools
Support the strategy team with ad hoc data analysis and competitive research
Develop standardized reporting templates to improve team efficiency
Requirements
2+ years in a data, analytics, or reporting role within a marketing environment
Proficiency with reporting tools such as Google Looker Studio, Triple Whale, or Northbeam
Strong Excel and Google Sheets skills
Comfortable working with large datasets and presenting findings clearly
Experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads reporting interfaces
