About the Role
We're looking for a detail-oriented Paid Social Analyst to support our media buying team with performance reporting, data analysis, and campaign optimization. This is a great opportunity for someone who loves data and wants to grow within a fast-paced performance marketing agency.
Responsibilities
Pull and analyze campaign data across Meta, TikTok, and Google Ads
Build and maintain weekly and monthly client performance reports
Identify trends, anomalies, and optimization opportunities across accounts
Support senior strategists with audience research and campaign builds
Maintain dashboards and ensure data accuracy across all reporting tools
Requirements
1+ years of experience in a paid media or analytics role
Strong proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads reporting
Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail
Eagerness to learn and grow in a performance marketing environment
