About the Role

We're hiring a Head of Client Success to lead and scale our client services function. You'll own the overall client experience at Apex — setting the standard for how we onboard, communicate, and retain the brands we work with, while building and managing a growing team of Client Success Managers.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop the Client Success team, currently two CSMs with plans to grow

  • Own client retention, satisfaction, and upsell targets across the agency

  • Set and enforce standards for client communication, reporting, and onboarding

  • Step in as senior point of contact for escalations and high-value accounts

  • Work closely with the leadership team to align client success with agency growth goals

Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in client success or account management within a marketing agency

  • Proven track record of building and leading high-performing client-facing teams

  • Deep understanding of paid social and performance marketing

  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and relationship management skills

  • Strategic thinker who can balance day-to-day client needs with longer-term retention goals
