About the Role
We're hiring a Head of Client Success to lead and scale our client services function. You'll own the overall client experience at Apex — setting the standard for how we onboard, communicate, and retain the brands we work with, while building and managing a growing team of Client Success Managers.
Responsibilities
Lead and develop the Client Success team, currently two CSMs with plans to grow
Own client retention, satisfaction, and upsell targets across the agency
Set and enforce standards for client communication, reporting, and onboarding
Step in as senior point of contact for escalations and high-value accounts
Work closely with the leadership team to align client success with agency growth goals
Requirements
5+ years of experience in client success or account management within a marketing agency
Proven track record of building and leading high-performing client-facing teams
Deep understanding of paid social and performance marketing
Exceptional communication, leadership, and relationship management skills
Strategic thinker who can balance day-to-day client needs with longer-term retention goals
