About the Role
We're looking for a Creative Strategist to lead the ideation and testing of ad concepts across our client portfolio. You'll sit at the intersection of data and creativity — using performance insights to develop angles, briefs, and concepts that consistently outperform the control.
Responsibilities
Develop creative strategy and angle development for new and existing client accounts
Write detailed creative briefs for video editors, UGC creators, and copywriters
Analyze creative performance data and identify patterns in what's working
Lead creative reviews and provide clear, actionable feedback
Stay current with platform trends, competitor creative, and consumer behavior
Requirements
3+ years in a creative strategy or performance creative role within a paid social environment
Strong understanding of direct-response creative principles
Proven ability to develop creative concepts that perform at scale
Excellent briefing and communication skills
Comfortable using data to drive creative decisions without losing the instinct for great ideas
