About the Role

We're hiring a Client Success Manager to be the primary point of contact for a portfolio of our agency clients. You'll own the client relationship from onboarding through to retention — ensuring every brand we work with feels informed, supported, and confident in the work we're doing together.

Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day communication across a portfolio of 8 to 12 clients

  • Lead onboarding calls and set clear expectations from day one

  • Present weekly and monthly performance reports with strategic commentary

  • Coordinate internally between the media buying, creative, and analytics teams

  • Identify upsell opportunities and support client renewals

Requirements
  • 2+ years in a client-facing role within a marketing or creative agency

  • Strong understanding of paid social and digital marketing fundamentals

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

  • Ability to manage multiple client relationships simultaneously without dropping the ball

  • Calm, proactive, and solutions-oriented under pressure
