About the Role
We're hiring a Client Success Manager to be the primary point of contact for a portfolio of our agency clients. You'll own the client relationship from onboarding through to retention — ensuring every brand we work with feels informed, supported, and confident in the work we're doing together.
Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day communication across a portfolio of 8 to 12 clients
Lead onboarding calls and set clear expectations from day one
Present weekly and monthly performance reports with strategic commentary
Coordinate internally between the media buying, creative, and analytics teams
Identify upsell opportunities and support client renewals
Requirements
2+ years in a client-facing role within a marketing or creative agency
Strong understanding of paid social and digital marketing fundamentals
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to manage multiple client relationships simultaneously without dropping the ball
Calm, proactive, and solutions-oriented under pressure
